If you employ CDL drivers, every test in your program has to be collected by a qualified collector following federal procedure. We do that part, at your yard, so your drivers stay on the road.

Collections performed by a collector qualified under 49 CFR Part 40, following federal chain-of-custody procedure. A procedurally flawed collection is a finding in an audit.

We come to your yard, shop, or terminal. A driver in a clinic waiting room is a truck not earning.

Already have a consortium or TPA? We collect into it. No need to change providers to get a local collector.
What federal regulations require
A DOT testing program covers six situations. Missing any one is an audit finding.
Pre-Employment
Before a driver performs any safety-sensitive function, a negative result must be on file.
Random
Drivers are selected from a pool by a scientifically valid random method throughout the year. Rates are set annually by FMCSA.
Reasonable Suspicion
When a trained supervisor observes specific indicators, a test is required. The supervisor's training is itself a requirement.
Post-Accident
Certain accidents require testing within strict time windows. Missing the window requires a documented explanation.
Return-To-Duty
After a violation, a driver cannot return without completing the SAP process and a directly observed negative test.
Follow-Up
Once returned, the driver is subject to an additional testing schedule set by the SAP, on top of random selection.
What we test
DOT drug test — 5-panel urine. The federally mandated panel: marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, opioids, and PCP. Panel composition is set by the Department of Transportation and cannot be modified for DOT purposes.

If you need those, we will tell you who does. We would rather be the collector you trust than the vendor who overpromised.

An arrival window at your yard, shop, or terminal.

We Collect
Federal chain-of-custody procedure, drivers stay on site. A standard collection takes about fifteen minutes.

Specimen To The Lab
Sealed under tamper-evident wrap and routed to a certified laboratory, with results going to your program's Medical Review Officer and Designated Employer Representative.

Pricing
From $90 per DOT collection in our core service area. Laboratory and Medical Review Officer fees are billed through your program and are not included.
Volume Pricing — Per Visit, Not Per Month
Most of what a mobile collection costs is the trip. When you batch drivers into a single visit, that cost is shared and the savings go to you.

Scheduling And Cancellation
When you book a mobile collection, we hold that window and the travel time it takes to get there. So:
- Rescheduling is free with 24 hours notice. Call and we will find another window.
- Inside 24 hours, there is a $35 rescheduling fee. By then the trip is already on the calendar.
- A missed appointment with no notice is billed at the full collection rate.
If something genuinely goes wrong — a driver gets held up on a load, a truck breaks down — call us. We would rather work it out than charge a fee.
Where we come to you
Core Service Area
Seattle, Tacoma, Everett, and the I-5 corridor between them, roughly 40 miles from Bellevue. Standard pricing applies.
Extended Service
Available throughout Western Washington. Quoted by distance, and generally worth it when you have several drivers to test in one visit.
If you are outside the core area, call and we will tell you honestly whether a trip makes sense for the number of drivers you have.
